Ella Mayer is a University of Washington Seattle graduate with a bachelor's degree in International Studies with a minor in Political Science. Her passion lies in research and reporting, as well as developing innovative solutions to global challenges by approaching them through an intersectional lens. Having focused her academic career on women and human rights, diplomacy, development and conflict, she aspires to work in industries that foster collaboration across diverse perspectives to identify meaningful, common-ground solutions to global issues.
